Dress 21 : Back to the butterflies

This is the end of butterfly dress week.  The butterflies have flown away.  It did run a little longer so I was struggling today for my last dress.  I do have another butterfly dress (yes that is 7 dresses with butterflies on them) but I needed to save it for another theme week I am doing.  So today I thought I would wear a plain black dress and wear a butterfly fascinator.  I bought it in Mexico and this is the first time I have ever worn it.

I also struggled to find another song on butterflies, but one of my favourite artists came to the rescue! This is a track I actually didn’t know was a bonus track on one of her albums and I love the song!!

The dress for today is from surf label Billabong.  I always found it quite strange that in Times Square Quicksilver and Billabong have stores.  Manhattan and surfing aren’t really two things you would logically put together.  There are some surf spots in Long Island and I think there is a sort of area in Brooklyn but New York and surfing seem like polar opposites.

Frock Up Fridays are still proving fun at work and this week we had our littlest frock wearer join us for a photo.  She is so cute!  One of our offices out in regional Victoria also joined in the frock up Friday fun and wore dresses.  How adorable to the girls look!?  Thank you for joining us in frocks!
